What was the original name of the famous English football club Liverpool F.C.?

The original name of Liverpool F.C. was Everton F.C. It was founded following a dispute between the Everton Committee and John Houlding, club president and owner of the land at the Anfield stadium. After eight years at the stadium, Everton F.C. got relocated to Goodison Park in 1892 and Houlding founded Liverpool F.C. to play at Anfield.
